Our Recreation
Hall is 30' x 70'. It contains
a large dance floor and a kitchen. This is where we
hold our weekly free dance, bingo's, frequent dinners,
darts and all other activities that require a building.
There is a full recreation program for the whole family
and we give you a schedule of activities for the year
when you first arrive.
At the end of the
recreation hall there are 2 pools side by side.
Each pool is 30' x 60' and a lifeguard is on duty
to ensure your safety. One pool is from 4' to 10'
deep while the other is 2' to 4' deep.
At the other
end of the Rec Hall is our new Store and Full Arcade
Building. Beside the pools is our main washroom. |

This Washroom also has a disabled room with a sink, toilet and shower. Beside the washroom are 8 horseshoe
pits, a volleyball court, and a basketball pad. Within
this area, which we call Rodeo Range, there are also
playgrounds and lots of room to fly a kite or just
roll in the grass. There are also horseshoe pits,
playgrounds, and washrooms in other areas of the
park.

The laundromat is fairly close to the Recreation Hall and central in the campground. There is a gas station at the corner of our property on the highway and directly across from us is a new IGA grocery store with fresh bakery and deli foods.
We have ice and pop/juice vending machines in the park,
for drinks. Our new adult lounge for those 25 and older
is next to our laundromat. This building is smoke-free,
airconditioned and heated, and has its own pool table,
shuffleboard, TV/VCR, library and washroom. We have
a propane filling station and a dumping station as well
as a large baseball field along the main road into the
park. |
There are camping cabins for those families who would like to enjoy the friendly, helpful and invigorating outdoor experience of a campground but do not have a camping unit. These are basic sleeping units where you will bring your own camping equipment.
Although we are blessed with a good water supply, we have installed and maintain a chlorination system to keep up with provincial regulations on Clean Drinking Water. Tests are posted weekly for you to view in our store. While the campground is quite large, we have tried to maintain an opportunity for you to discover and enjoy nature. We keep as many trees as possible, have lots of room for you to walk or ride a bike, and encourage you to have a safe campfire.
The campground is patrolled by a security guard at night to keep you safe and to ensure our quiet times are adhered to by all campers. |
